汽轮发电机组弹簧隔振基础的抗震性能

摘要
通过3个有限元分析实例探讨汽轮发电机组弹簧隔振基础的抗震性能。弹簧隔振基础可以降低汽机基础的基本频率,减小地震作用;适当设置阻尼器可以全面降低汽机基础的地震响应;弹簧隔振基础可以减小基础顶板与机组轴系的速度、加速度和内力的地震响应.虽然顶板的水平位移响应和层间位移角比常规基础有所增加,但安装阻尼器之后可以把位移响应有效地控制在规范允许的范围内.弹簧隔振汽机基础分为岛式布置和联合布置两类,岛式布置弹簧隔振汽机基础具有良好的抗震性能,可以抵抗高达8度的地震;联合布置弹簧隔振汽机基础的抗震性能更佳,可以用于9度及以上的强震地区.联合布置弹簧隔振汽机基础为电厂主厂房的抗震设计开拓了新的思路,具有推广应用价值.
Three examples of finite element analyses for seismic response of spring supported T/G foundation were investigated.Spring supported T/G foundation could lower down its basic frequency,and decrease seismic action;mounting perfectly damper could depress entirely seismic responses of T/G foundation;spring supported T/G foundation could decrease velocity,acceleration and inner force response of T/G deck and shaft;the displacement of T/G deck would be increased,but it could be limited in allowable range of "Code for Seismic Design of Buildings" after setting damper.The spring supported T/G foundation may partition into isolated layout type and combined layout type.The aseismic performance of isolated layout type is very well;it could resist a Ms8 seism.The aseismic performance of combined layout type is even more perfect;It could be applied to Ms9 seismic zone.The combined layout type spring supported T/G foundation given a new idea to aseismic design of main power building of power plant.The application of the combined layout type will be spreaded.
