福建省农村房屋现状调查及潜在危险性分析

摘要
住房和城乡建设部组织开展农村危房改造的试点调查,旨在确定农村遭遇潜在灾害的危房数量和规模,并以此了解农村危房改造和重建工作能提供多少就业机会和带动多少内需。福建省共随机选取了覆盖好、中、差三个发展水准的三个县乡(镇)的27个自然村进行调查。本文根据该项目的调查成果及村镇住宅在历次地震中的破坏性震害资料,指出了闽南地区现存村镇房屋的潜在安全隐患,提出了对策建议,本项研究对村镇防灾减灾工作具有现实意义。
A recent investigation,sponsored by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,is carried out in order to find out the endangering possibilities existing in rural houses and to make a survey about how many positions could be offered and how much demand could be driven after rural houses were retrofitted and reconstructed.27 typical villages in total with three different levels of development were chosen in Yongchun,Jinjiang and Changting County in Fujian province.Based on the investigation and disaster experiences, the potential disaster analysis of almost all structure styles and some representative pictures in the rural areas in southern Fujian were presented in this paper.This research will be benefit and helpful to disaster prevention in rural areas.
