摘要

唐山万科凤凰新城小区是居住建筑设计中具有代表性的建筑工程。小区内包括商业裙楼、多高层住宅及会所,并由半地下车库连为一体。设计中,执行《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 50011-2010)。针对车库及各个建筑单体,在基础方案、结构设计过程中,采用多种技术措施,从技术经济方面进行了优化,使得整个小区结构设计安全可靠,经济合理。论文对于居住小区结构设计具有一定的参考价值。
The structure design of Tangshan Vanke phenix residential district is a typical one in residential construction.It was formed by emporium,residential structure,club house,and connected by the semi-underground garage.The design was enforced the "code for seismic design of buildings"(GB 50011-2010).For the different buildings,vary technical measures were taken in order to make the project more economical during the course of the base scheme,the structural design.So the project is brought to be safe,reasonable,reliable and economic,the article can be referenced for the structure design of the similar project.
