焊接箱型柱纵向残余应力的几个影响因素

摘要
焊接产生的残余应力是影响受压构件极限承载力的重要因素.以ANSYS为平台用三维热弹塑性有限元法模拟焊接过程,得到焊接箱型柱不同柱高下纵向残余应力的分布,比较了焊接顺序和不同焊层数对残余应力的影响,为焊接柱结构设计提供了参考.
The residual stress produced by welding is the most important factor affecting the ultimate bearing capacity of the box column.Based on ANSYS system,the whole welding process is simulated by three dimensional thermal elastic-plastic finite element method.From calculated results we know the distribution of the longitudinal residual stress.The sequence of welding and different numbers of welded layers are related to the residual stress,so it can provide some references for the practical engineering.
