摘要

针对地震应急快速响应的实际要求,提出系统设计的整体方案,以Arcgis与Weblogic技术为基础,分别对地震应急指挥技术系统、地震速报快速响应触发与控制系统、震害动态评估系统和自动群呼与短信息发布系统进行了设计并给出具体方案与软件流程,为现实地震境况的合理、正确处理提供了一个高性能的工作平台。
The overall system design is presented for the actual need of rapid response of earthquake emergency.The earthquake emergency command technology systems,the quick earthquake report response trigger and control systems,the earthquake damage assessment system,the dynamic auto group call and short information release system are designed based on the technology of Arcgis and Weblogic,and the specific program and software processes are given,which provides a high-performance platform with reasonable and correctly treatments.
