广州市地震应急基础数据库建设及功能分析

摘要
运用地震减灾、地理信息理论及计算机技术等综合手段,以广州市地震前兆、震害预测、地震活断层等数据库资料为基础,建成地震应急基础数据库。该库具有应急响应和管理系统、城市活断层数据展现系统、农居和活断层管理系统等功能。本数据库的建成及投入使用,将为广州市震前和震时监测及震后救援决策提供基础数据和应急处置信息。
With the means of earthquake disaster reduction,geographic information theory and computer technology,based on database information of earthquake precursors,earthquake damage prediction,earthquake active faults in Guangzhou,the built-up basic database has the features of earthquake emergency response and emergency management system,urban active fault data display system,rural residence and live fault management system.Therefore,the database will provide basic data and emergency response information for monitoring the city of Guangzhou before earthquake and during earthquake and making recue decision after earthquake.
