光纤Bragg光栅传感器在钻井井壁监测中的应用

摘要
为了克服传统电测法在钻井井壁监测中的缺陷,根据钻井井壁施工工艺和地质条件等,提出了井壁节数及传感器布设方案,并采用光纤Bragg光栅传感器(FBG)对唐山温家庄铁矿钻井井壁下沉过程进行实时监测,监测内容为井壁外壁所受压力、混凝土应变以及钢筋应力,并对监测数据处理分析,分析结果表明:FBG对钻井井壁的监测数据可达理论值的95%~98%,监测数据能够及时、准确地反映钻井井壁受力变化情况,保证了监测的可靠性、稳定性与重复性。
In order to overcome the defects of the traditional electric measuring method in the monitoring and measuring the mine drilling shaft liner,according to the construction technique of the mine drilling shaft liner and the geological conditions,the plan of the mine shaft liner number and the sensor layout was provided.Also the optical fiber Bragg grating sensors were applied to the real time monitoring and measuring of the mine drilling shaft liner dropping process.The monitoring and measuring contents would be including the pressure on the outer wall of the mine shaft liner,the concrete strain and the reinforced bar stress.The monitoring and measuring data would be processed and analyzed.The analysis results showed that the monitoring and measuring data of the mine drilling shaft liner by the optical fiber Bragg grating sensors could reach 95% to 98% of the theoretical value,could be timely and accurately to reflect the stressed variation conditions of the mine drilling shaft liner and could ensure the reliability,stability and repeatability of the monitoring and measuring.
