能力谱法在腋撑转换剪力墙结构抗震性能设计中的应用

摘要
按照刚度等效、内力等效的原则,对剪力墙结构进行模拟框架等效代换,从而能够通过分析杆件单元塑性铰出现的特点、次序来研究剪力墙结构的弹塑性性能。针对高层建筑转换结构使用中的要求,提出了一种腋撑式的新型梁式转换结构,并对该种结构进行了剪力墙结构算例的Push-over分析。采用能力谱法评估了该结构的整体抗震性能,表明该方法是对带转换层剪力墙结构进行弹塑性分析、评估结构抗震安全性的一种有效方法。
According to the principle of the equivalent stiffness and internal forces,the simulated framework is substituted for the shearwall structure.Thus it can be able to study the elasto-plastic properties of shearwall structure by analyzing the feature and order of the plastic hinges of the member unit.Against the requirements for transfer structure in tall building,a new beam-type transfer structure with haunch brace is proposed and Push-over analysis on an example structure against such a kind of shearwall structure is conducted.The seismic performance of the structure is evalated using Capacity Spectrum Method.The results show that Capacity Spectrum Method is an effective method to conduct Push-over analysis and assess the seismic performance for the shearwall structure with transfer story.
