摘要

汇总了玉树地震有关建筑震害调查资料,根据建筑的结构类别和使用功能等,对建筑震害情况进行了初步统计,分析了建筑震害特点,建议玉树州在重建中加强防震减灾宣传教育,加强房屋抗震设计,加强抗震构造措施,加强规划选址及地基处理,注重房屋结构选型,加强施工质量管理和技术指导,营造安居的环境。
In this paper,the information and data of building damages in Yushu Earthquake are presented.Based on the different categories and functions of building structure and relevant factors,the preliminary statistic of building damages is carried out,the characteristics of building damages are analyzed,and some comments on the process of Yushu rebuilding like enhancing publicity and education of earthquake mitigation,strengthening the design and structural measures of aseismatic building,strengthening the planning and site selection and foundation treatment as well as enhancing the construction quality menagement and technical guidance to create a comfortable home environment are suggested.
