不同岩石对埋地输气管道撞击的数值计算

摘要
为解决山体上部的危岩体易对下部埋地高压输气管道造成威胁的问题,在ANSYSWorkbench中建立不同体积岩石撞击埋地管道的有限元模型,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA计算得出岩石侵入土体的位移及对埋地管道受到撞击后的应力,获得埋地管道在不同岩石坠落撞击事故下的破坏情况.计算结果能为高压输气管道建设及安全运行提供参考.
As to the issue that the dangerous rock on the upper part mountain easily threat on the high-pressure gas pipeline which is buried in the lower part of the mountain,the finite element model of buried pipeline impacted by different sizes of rocks are established in ANSYS Workbench.The displacement of rocks which intrude into the soil and the stress of impacted buried gas pipeline are calculated by using ANSYS/LS_DYNA.Then the damage of buried gas pipeline is obtained in different rock-fall impact accident.The computation results can provide references for the construction and safe operation of high pressure gas pipeline.
