灌注桩成桩质量综合性判定新方法

摘要
以轨道交通项目某标段桥梁桩基础桩身完整性检测为例,首次将智能钻孔电视成像技术引入灌注桩成桩质量检测中,提出了基于低应变法、钻芯法和钻孔电视成像技术的灌注桩成桩质量综合性判定新方法,充分利用各检测方法的优势,适用于复杂地质区域灌注桩成桩质量特别是桩身在成桩过程中形成的水平裂缝的检测,具有准确可靠的优点,值得大范围推广使用。
Taking the detection of pile integrity in a certain bridge pile foundation,Which is under the project of inter-city rail transport,as an example,the intelligent drillhole optical imaging technology was employed to detecting the cast-in-situ pile quality for the first time.Then,based on the low strain method,drilled core method and the intelligent drillhole optical imaging technology,A new integrated method on determining pile quality of the cast-in-situ pile is established.The method absorbs the merits and advantages of other methods and be versatile on detecting the quality of cast-in-situ pile in complicated geology areas,especially be useful and applicable in finding and specifying the horizontal fractures evolving in the pile during the pile construction.It is characterized by high accuracy and reliability,as well as of significance to be popularized.
