摘要

文章在研究电力应急通信特点的基础上,分析了甘肃省电力公司现有的应急指挥系统,从提升现有系统的移动应急能力和通信通道冗余的角度提出了移动应急指挥系统的设计原则,详细论述了该系统的总体设计架构、每个部分的组成和实现的功能,最后讨论了与现有应急指挥系统的融合情况。
Based on the research on features of electric emergency communication,the emergency command system of GanSu electric power was analyzed.Then,from the perspective of improving capability of mobile emergency and making communication channel redundant,the principle of mobile emergency command system design was proposed.Next,the general framework of this system,its composition and function were elaborated.In the end,the present integration situation of this system with the previous emergency system was discussed.
