苏丹某办公楼屋面高耸钢针安装方法

摘要
介绍了苏丹首都喀土穆PDOC办公楼屋顶高耸装饰钢针的施工方法,在施工场地狭小和无大型起重设备的情况下采取将钢针分段加工,利用井字支架挂平动葫芦的方法进行分段吊装,步步顶进,使钢针在出井字支架之前完成其上所有的安装工作,避免了施工人员高危作业。该方法解决了多、高层结构屋面上装饰高耸结构的施工难题,并且具有良好的社会、经济效益。
Installation method of towering steel pin on the roof of PDOC office building located in Khartoum,Sudan is introduced at the condition of without sufficient working platform and heavy elevating equipment.Steel pin is manufactured by subsections and derrick hanging manual calabash is adopted for segment lifting.Installation work of steel pin is finished before out of the derrick which avoid aloft work.Through the practice,problem as installation of tall decorative structures on multi-storey and high level buildings is solved,and social and economical benefits are obtained.
