基于平流层通信的山区应急指挥通信

摘要
通过分析汶川地震通信受损情况阐述了建立山区应急指挥通信系统的重要作用,提出了平流层山区应急指挥通信系统结构:在平流层通信平台上设计微波通信系统、无线数字集群通信系统和无线广播系统,微波通信系统用于省与县指挥中心之间的指挥通信,无线数字集群通信系统以及无线广播系统用于县与村指挥中心之间的指挥通信。由此构成的山区应急通信指挥系统使用维护成本低,通信内容保密性好,可以应对各种灾情险情。
Emergency communication plays a crucial role in dealing with unexpected event.As everybody knows,the communication systems in mountain areas were severely damaged in the event of Wenchuan earthquake,thus bringing many difficulties to the rescue work.Stratosphere emergency communication system frame in mountain areas is proposed in this paper,thus to improve the communications in mountain areas.Various systems are designed on the stratosphere communication platform,including:(1) microwave communication system,used for connecting the county town to the provincial city;(2) the digital trunking communication system,used for connecting the rural town to the county town,and the wireless broadcasting system,used for the village.This emergency communication system is of large capacity,low cost and good security,and could deal with various disasters and dangerous situations.
