厚层橡胶隔震支座基本力学性能试验

摘要
为了研究厚层橡胶隔震支座的水平和竖向基本力学性能,设计2种不同形状系数的厚层橡胶支座,通过水平剪切和竖向压缩试验研究,对比分析在不同振幅、不同频率组合下的普遍橡胶支座、铅芯橡胶支座及厚层橡胶隔震支座基本力学性能。试验结果表明,厚层橡胶隔震支座在水平方向的基本力学性能良好,在竖向具有大变形能力,竖向刚度、变形特性及水平剪切性能满足三维隔震装置对承载元件的需要,可以作为重量较轻的仪器或机器设备新型三维隔震装置的承载元件。进一步通过对厚层橡胶隔震支座和普通橡胶隔震支座的基本力学性能的比较,发现厚层橡胶支座的竖向刚度试验值与理论值相差较大,而相应的水平刚度相差较小。
To analyze the basic mechanical behaviors of rubber isolators,thick rubber isolators of two shape parameters were designed.The basic mechanical properties of the thick rubber isolator in different amplitudes and combinations of frequency were studied through the horizontal shear and vertical compressing tests.The tests show that the basic horizontal mechanical properties are fine and has vertical large deformation.Therefore,the thick rubber isolator is suitable for loading element of new type three-dimensional isolated equipment.Furthermore,through the comparison of the basic mechanical properties between the thick rubber isolator and the general rubber isolator,the results show that there is wide difference between the tested vertical stiffness value of the thick rubber isolator and the vertical stiffness got from the general theory formula,and little difference in the level stiffness.
