基于GIS的供水运营管理信息系统分析与设计

摘要
针对供水管网GIS的特点和应用现状,提出建立基于GIS的供水运营管理信息系统。在完成系统整体架构的基础上,详细分析了自来水新装、管网改扩建、营业抄表和管网运行调度的业务流程,并进行了信息整合应用部分的功能设计,包括新建改造分析、产销差率分析、抄收任务更新、管网运行分析和事故影响分析等5个模块。整个系统通过GIS平台上的信息共享与集成,能够实现各类信息的综合、分析和决策,从而深化GIS在供水行业中的应用,有效提高企业的工作效率和管理水平。
According to the characteristics and current application of water supply networks GIS,the water supply operation and management information system based on GIS was proposed.Based on the completion of system whole structure,the new water project construction,network expansion,business meter reading,and network operation and scheduling process were analyzed in detail,and the function of information integration and application part was designed,including five modules,such as new construction and expansion analysis,leakage ratio analysis,new projects updating,network operation analysis and incident affects analysis.Through the share and integration of information on GIS platform,the whole system could complete the integration,analysis,and determination of all kinds of information,so as to further the application of GIS in water supply industry and increase the efficiency and management of the enterprises.
