面向交通安全的道路车辆虚拟监控系统

摘要
将虚拟制造技术应用于交通安全监控,三维呈现出交通元素并提供丰富的交互操作,引入Google Earth三维地图。提出了以文件结构为基础构建三维模型库方法,使用布尔莎模型及高斯投影实现了WGS84和BJ-54坐标系的转换。使用插值法进行曲线拟合实现了车辆的轨迹跟踪、比较,采用部分参考的方式实现轨迹预测。提出了使用因素加权法进行紧急状况危险度判别的方法,并建立危险因素影响表作为紧急预案的依据,进行多级查询获得解决预案,并提出建立报表的方法,对预案进行处理。
Virtual monitor system makes use of virtual manufacturing technology and shows traffic elements in 3D modes to provide rich interactive operation.Three-dimensional map like Google Earth was brought in at the same time so that the whole monitoring process is based on 3D data.The construct methods of 3D models based on document structure were put forward.Bursa model and Gaussian projection were used to translate WGS84 to BJ-54 to solve the three-dimensional map data format conversion and data communications problems.Interpolation method was used to achieve curve fitting vehicle tracking,comparison,using some of reference means to achieve the forecast trajectory.By using weighted factors to determine the degree of risk,risk factors and the establishment of emergency plans table,a multi-stage plan was resolved.The method of establishing statements was discussed and finally the preferred treatment was given out.
