设备工程对房屋抗震性能的影响与对策

摘要
本文针对当前我国结构设计和施工环节中重视结构所受作用的效应分析和抗力设计,忽视抗力在与设备工程专业设计配合和施工交叉作业中出现消弱的客观存在,结合地震灾害调查,以典型结构破坏为例探讨抗力的实际损失,并提出了较详细的解决办法,结果表明采用技术措施减少预留、预埋,为暗埋配管和控制箱提供结构局部加强方案,同时规范施工和二次装修过程中的交叉作业管理,房屋就能达到抗震性能的预期目标。
Structure design and construction put stress on the effect analysis and design of resistance of action the structure suffered in our country at present,but ignore the objective existence that resisting force appear to weaken in cooperating with equipment engineering design and the cross work during constructing process. Aiming at the fact,combined with earthquake disasters data and the building seismic damage cases in the earthquakes, the actual loss of the resisting force is discussed and some detailed solutions are put forward in the paper. The analysis on the earthquake damages shows that the anticipated goal of the anti-seismic performance of building can be achieved if some technical measures to reduce the reservation and embedded installation are taken, putting forward local reinforcement design for buried pipes and control boxes,regulating management of the cross work in construction and decoration.
