无线数据采集时间同步协议研究与工程应用

摘要
无线通信技术给工程地质勘探带来便利的同时,也造成了各采集通道之间的时间同步难题,为此,采用nRF系列无线收发芯片组建工程地质勘探无线数据采集网络,并研究了无线同步协议。重点分析了无线时间同步误差来源,提出了提高时间同步精度的措施,并详细描述了配套的系统硬件、软件组成与实现方法,通过某地质调查项目实际工程应用对系统进行了检验。结果表明,实现了500 m近距离无误码无线数据采集,时间同步误差控制在2μs以内,同时提高了工作效率,工作时间缩短到有线方式的1/3。
Wireless communications technology not only brings the convenience to engineering geology exploration,but also causes the time synchronization problem in the acquisition channel.Therefore,the paper used the nRF series of wireless transceiver chip to establish wireless data acquisition net of engineering geology exploration,and studied the wireless network synchronization protocol.This paper analyzed sources of the wireless time synchronization error,put forward the measures to improve time synchronization accuracy,and introduced the system hardware and software component and realized method in details.The paper inspected the system through engineering application of a geological survey project.Results show that the paper realizes close wireless data collection without error in 500m,time synchronization error controls in 2μs.The work efficiency is improved,and working time is shortened to 1/3 times than that of cable mode.
