LNG储罐外罐壁在冲击荷载作用下的受力分析

摘要
采用有限元方法,分析LNG(液化天然气)储罐外壁在冲击荷载作用下的动力性能和储罐的破坏情况.利用有限元模拟1m3的质量块,以50,60,70m/s速度撞击储罐的不同位置,求解并对比相应的应力云图.结果表明:当单位体积质量块以70m/s的速度撞击储罐外壁上部时,对储罐的破坏力最大,外表面混凝土破坏,但内表面混凝土安全.因此,LNG储罐能够承受单位体积质量块以70m/s的速度撞击储罐外壁.
Using the finite element method to research and analyze the dynamic performance and the damage of the outer wall of LNG tanks under impact loading. Using the 1 m3 quality pieces to bump different sections of the tank by the speed of 50 m/s, 60 m/s, 70 m/s and we got the corresponding stress figures, then compared and analyzed the stress figures, when the mass hit the head of outer wall at 70m/s, the damage is greatest, at this time, the outside concrete break but the inside concrete is still safe. So we can arrive at the conclusion that LNG can support the unit volume mass hitting the outer wall of the tank by the speed of 70m/s.
