套管损坏机理分析及预防措施

摘要
为了提高油井的产量,必须对缠层进行增产增注的开发措施,而这些措施大都会对套管有所伤害,寿命越来越短。以前的套管强度设计理论主要考虑的是完井施工的要求,而对后期的增产措施和地应力变化等诸多因素基本没用考虑。所以导致油水井生产以后,由于套管承受外部载荷以及地应力说的不断变化,使套管发生不同程度的变形甚至发生挫断,使油水井报废。近几年来,有关石油学者一直在研究套管损坏的机理,寻找降低或减缓套管损坏的措施。
More and more stimulation measures were applied in production operations,such as fracturing,acidizing,steam injection and so on.The casing in the underground work environment is getting worse,its life is getting shorter.The main consideration of the previous casing strength design theory is completion requirements,and the theory ignores many factors including well stimulation and ground stress variation in the latter period.And the practical application shows that after oil wells put into production,external loading of casing and ground stress are changing,so the casing damage is big.
