建筑物加层改造的“设计使用年限”问题探讨

摘要
当今社会,随着城市化进程的不断加快,城市用地日趋紧张,建筑物加层技术在各类建筑中得到广泛应用,建筑物加层后的使用年限如何考虑一直以来未有明确的规定。通过超越概率理论对建筑物加层后的合理使用年限进行阐述,并对加层改造后的荷载计算原则提出意见,以供同类工程结构改造设计时参考。
With the accelerating process of urbanization,urban land is becoming increasingly tense,building additional layers are widely used technology in all types of buildings,yet there has been no clear specification for the service life of building additional layers.Through beyond the theory of probability it is described the reasonable service life of building additional layers,and also proposed suggestions on the principles of load calculation after reform,which may be a reference for the structural transformation design of similar projects.
