电磁法探测复杂区域地下管道的仿真研究

摘要
为了研究交叉、并行等复杂区域地下管道对电磁法探测管道埋深、位置的影响程度及影响规律,建立了电磁作用下管道的磁场强度计算模型。利用ANSYS有限元分析技术,建立了不同间距并行管道与交叉管道的电磁场有限元分析模型,并通过对管道周围磁场强度矢量的仿真分析,得到了管道磁场强度的变化曲线。分析结果表明,利用电磁法探测并行管道的位置和埋深时,2条管道的间隔距离需大于或等于2倍埋深,否则容易产生误探;探测交叉管道的位置和埋深时,应避开管道交叉点处,并在距交叉点处至少4 m以外管道正上方进行探测,方可准确探测目标管道的埋深。该项研究成果对进一步研究和发展基于电磁法的地下管道探测技术具有指导意义。
To study the degree and law of effect of the underground pipeline in cross and parallel complex zones on the electromagnetic method's detecting the pipeline buried depth and position,the calculation model for the strength of the magnetic field of the pipeline under the electromagnetic effect was established.The ANSYS finite element analysis technology was adopted to establish the finite element analysis model of the electromagnetic field of the parallel and cross pipeline with different intervals.The change curve of the strength of the pipeline magnetic field was obtained through the simulation analysis of the vector of the magnetic strength around the pipeline.The analysis shows that the distance between the two pipelines should be greater than or equivalent to twice the buried depth when the electromagnetic method is used to detect the position and buried depth of the pipeline.Otherwise,wrong detection will arise.The detection of the position and buried depth of the cross pipeline should avoid the point of pipeline intersection and the detection should be conducted right above the pipeline at least 4 meters far away from the point.Then the buried depth of the target pipeline can be detected accurately.
