压电材料传感器在悬臂梁振动控制系统中的应用试验研究

摘要
压电材料作为结构振动控制中的敏感元件,其在智能结构中的应用是一个重要的研究方向。在使用压电材料作为传感器和作动器的条件下,本研究采用了两种控制算法对悬臂梁进行振动控制试验研究。结合根轨迹结合分析,快速确定结构的控制增益,得到了系统稳定的良好结果。同时,利用模态控制方法进行处理,有效地控制了结构响应。试验结果表明,两种控制方法均可增加系统阻尼,减小系统稳定时间,效果较好。
Application of PZT material in structure active control system is an important research direction in smart structure.Experiments are carried out to attenuate the vibration of the cantilever beam with PZT actuators and sensors.Two control methods are adopted in the experiments.Root locus method is included in SRF control strategy to determine the control gain and assure the stability of the system.At the meantime,modal control method is implemented with LQG control method.The results show good control effects both in the increase of the damping ratio and decrease of the setting time.
