混凝土地下结构在爆炸荷载作用下的数值分析

摘要
对实际地下人防的结构体系进行三维数值计算和分析,通过与结构设计中常用的PKPM软件计算结果进行对比,发现用PKPM计算得出板的内力值不能完全包络有限元分析得出的结果,而用PKPM计算得出的梁、柱的内力值均能包络有限元分析得出的结果。说明在PKPM软件中梁柱的简化计算方法是合理的,能够真实反应梁柱受力状态,但是PKPM软件对板的简化计算方法偏于危险,不能完全包络板的最大内力可能出现的位置。例如战时工况时,PKPM软件计算中取板中点作为最不利内力位置是不合理的,通过有限元分析进行了验证。在此基础上分析了目前工程中现浇板比较容易出现裂缝的原因,并就此提出对人防地下结构设计的修改建议,为爆炸作用下混凝土结构设计提供借鉴和参考。
Three-dimensional numerical analysis on the structural system of civil air defense is carried out.By comparing the derived results with the results through the common software PKPM,it can be found that the internal force of slab calculated by PKPM could not envelope the finite element analysis,but the internal force value of bean and column could.This shows simplified calculation method is reasonable for the beam and column in PKPM software,which reflects the true force state of the beam and column.But simplified calculation method is somewhat dangerous for the board in the software,and can not completely envelope the possible position of the maximum internal forces.For example,it is unreasonable that PKPM chooses the center of slab as the most unfavorable position in wartime conditions,which is verified by finite element analysis method.Based on the assumption,the reason that crack is likely to occur in cast-in-place slab is studied,and several possible improvements on the structural design of the civil air defense basement is proposed,which could be a good guideline in the design of concrete structure under blast loading.
