框架结构基于整体性能的增层改造与抗震加固

摘要
常规的建筑物加固设计,需对整体结构进行一次建模分析,一般只对一次建模分析的计算结果中有承载缺陷的构件进行加固,忽略了从整体、全局去把握结构性能。相比常规建筑物加固,增层改造会使结构所受荷载有较大增加,导致增层后房屋需加固的构件增多,更不利于结构抗震。本文针对抗震性能相对较弱的既有钢筋混凝土框架房屋的增层改造,研究从结构体系出发,基于改善结构体系的受力而采取整体加固措施,达到减少构件加固数量,提高结构体系抗震性能的目的。结合增层改造的工程实例,详细介绍了某增层加固工程存在的问题,分析了既有结构体系的缺陷,提出了合理的整体加固方案与实施措施,可为此类建筑物的增层加固改造提供参考。
Conventional reinforcement design of buildings needs a whole structure modeling analysis,generally take analysis of the components after a overall structure of a model,strengthening is then made only on the bearing defects,however,the overall structure and properties are not considered.Compared to conventional housing strengthening,Story-adding reconstruction will make the structure suffer a larger increase in load,resulting in more reinforcement components used and damaging earthquake resistance.In this paper,we pay attention to the seismic performance of the reinforced concrete frame transform,and study the structure system,adopt the overall reinforcement measures based on the improvement of structural system of the stress to reduce the number of component reinforcement and improve the seismic performance of the structure system.The transformation of the layer with engineering examples,this paper proposes a solution for the problem of the reinforced building,analyzes the problems existed in structures,put forward the reasonable overall reinforcing scheme and implementing measures,which could be a reference in storey-adding reconstruction.
