煤矿低压电缆绝缘状态检测与寿命评估

摘要
随着我国煤矿开采量的加大,电力电缆的利用比重也会越来越高。在一些煤矿的矿区逐步取代架空输电线路;同时随着电缆数量的增多及运行时间的延长,电缆的故障也越来越频繁。由于电缆线路的隐蔽性、个别运行单位的运行资料不完善以及测试设备的局限性等原因,使电缆故障的查找非常困难。文章首先从带电与不带电方面探讨了低压电缆绝缘性能的状态检测方法,然后分析了影响低压电缆寿命的因素,最后提出了基于低频叠加法的提高低压电缆寿命的设计措施。
With the increasing amount of China's coal mining,the power cable will be increasingly high proportion of use,how to maintain good use has been to improve power supply reliability and some electrical equipment until it is very necessary.The cable run is directly related to the use of coal power system security and reliability of electricity supply lines.This paper discusses the test methods of the state of low-voltage cable insulation from the charged and uncharged areas,and then analyzes the impact of low-voltage cable life,and finally made a low-frequency superposition method based on the improvement of life of low-voltage cable design measures.
