滚筒采煤机行走振动试验研究

摘要
通过建立滚筒采煤机行走试验台,采用不同测点布置方式,对某种型号的滚筒采煤机行走部进行了振动试验。由试验结果可知:采煤机行走部在销轨段的动态性能良好,振动主要由牵引传动系统引起;采煤机行走部在销轨联接处的加速度信号出现了较大的波动,表明销轨联接处的好坏直接关系到采煤机行走部的平稳运行。
Through establishing test-bed of shearer walking and using different arrangement of monitoring points,the vibration experiment was made on a certain type of shearer walking unit.The results show that: the dynamic performance of shearer walking unit is good when it is just on pin rail.The vibration is mainly caused by traction drive system.The acceleration signal of walking unit has a great fluctuation at pin rail connection,which shows that pin rail connection is directly related to stable running of shearer walking unit.
