裙式塔设备平底封头有限元分析设计

摘要
裙式塔设备中,底部封头是塔式设备设计的关键部件之一,其结构和载荷较为复杂。介绍了一种新型裙式塔设备平底封头结构设计,详细论述了对平底封头基于有限元方法的分析设计。主要分析了塔设备在工作内压、液柱压力、风载荷、地震载荷及自重等载荷的三种不同组合工况作用下底部封头的应力强度。分析结果表明:该新型平底封头的设计满足规范要求,且能有效降低塔体与裙座之间几何非连续区域的应力集中。
The end socker of skirted tower equipment is one of the key components in tower equipment design with its complex structure and load.A new structure design for the flat end socker of skirted tower equipment is introduced,and FEA design analysis for the flat end socker is made in detail,in which the stress intensity at the end socker of tower equipment is mainly analyzed under three combined operating conditions with internal pressure,hydrostatic pressure,wind load,earthquake load and dead weight.The results reveal that this new structure design for the flat end socker can meet code requirements and effectively decrease the factor of stress concentration at the geometric discontinuous zone between tower vessels and tower skirt.
