声频应力波实时检测分析仪

摘要
针对目前国内桩基和锚杆质量检测仪的不足,采用CPLD+DSP+ARM硬件平台,对声频应力波信号进行24位/1M的浮点采集,应用小波变换和Hilbert变换对声频应力波信号实时处理,提取声频应力波的瞬时信息,实现快速、准确的无损检测,提高了现场测量的准确性和效率。通过高速公路上的锚杆质量检测,验证了该仪器性能。
According to the fact that the quality inspection of anchor and piles must satisfy the real-time demand,a FPGA + DSP + ARM real-time measurement system is proposed and designed.A theory based on wavelet transform and Hilbert transform is used to extract instantaneous phase of audio-frequency stress wave and improve the accuracy and efficiency of on-site measurements.Finally,analysis results of real-time measurements are given through the quality inspection of bolt on the highway.
