钨铜线材研究现状

摘要
介绍了钨铜线材的应用,分析了其性能要求,系统阐述了钨铜线材的制备技术和研究进展,展望了高性能钨铜线材的发展前景。
The application of tungsten-copper wire was introduced and the performance requirement was analyzed.Meanwhile,a systematic explosion of the preparation technology and research progress was made.Finally,an outlook of W-Cu wire was given in the development prospect.
