大型冷却塔风荷载和风振响应参数分析:自激力效应

摘要
以内陆在建打破世界纪录的某核电超大型冷却塔(高度为215m)为例,基于改进的等效梁格设计方法,在国内外首次实现了同步测压和测振的冷却塔气弹模型风洞试验,采用作者已提出的大型冷却塔风振计算方法并加载试验获得的两种气动力参数进行风振响应分析,探讨自激力效应对于大型冷却塔表面风压和风振响应的影响。分析表明:自激力对于大型冷却塔表面平均风压的分布特性影响较小、但对脉动风压的分布形式和数值影响较大;自激力对于结构大部分区域风振响应影响的误差都在5%以内,最大值达到10%,定性影响有利有弊。
Taking the super large cooling tower with world record as the example,based on modified equivalent beam-net design method,wind tunnel test of simultaneous pressure and vibration measurement for large cooling towers was carried out.By the numerical algorithm proposed by the author,the wind-induced response analysis was conducted,using the two aero-dynamic parameters obtained from experiments.The effects of self-excited force on the surface pressures and wind induced responses were discussed.The results show that: the self-excited force has little influence on the average surface pressure distribution characteristics,while it has greater influence on fluctuant wind pressures;the response errors of most structures under self-excited forces are between 5% and 10% and the impact is advantageous or disadvantageous even the maximum value is 10%.
