某大型综合交通枢纽上盖开发项目结构设计

摘要
某大型综合交通枢纽项目场地中间有多条地铁、铁路线穿过,其中部分地铁、铁路已运营,另外在场地范围内还有两个公交换乘中心及多条市政道路。在包含地铁、铁路及公交换乘中心在内的大型交通枢纽上方建设大平台来进行商业二次开发,这在国内尚属首次。而因外部边界条件众多、现有场地条件的限制及施工条件苛刻等众多不利因素的影响,给结构设计带来巨大挑战。介绍结构设计中解决这些问题的方法,如层间组合隔震技术、预制叠合构件和吊柱悬挂楼面等,并给出了主要分析结果及结论。
There are several subways and railways lines going through the middle of a large-scale integrated transportation hub,and part of lines have been operated.There are also two public transports interchanges(PTI) and a number of municipal roads in the site.It is the first time in domestic that the structural design of topside development crosses over a large-scale integrated transportation hub.A number of adverse factors,such as many external boundary conditions,the existing site limitations and construction limitations,have brought enormous challenges to the structural design.The inter-storey hybrid isolation,precast composite member and floor supported by hanging column were put forward.In addition,the main analysis results and conclusions were described.
