煤矿安全生产中地质信息控制研究

摘要
经过2005年至2011年7年的煤矿资源整合,山西省煤炭行业呈现如下新的特点:矿井数目显著减少,矿井数量由原来3000多座已采煤矿减少为1000余座整合煤矿;机械化程度提高,75%以上实现机械化采煤;井型变大,升级改造基建矿井规模均达到90万吨/年以上,单独保留矿井则为30万吨/年以上;安全形势明显好转,死亡人数由400多人降为100多人;年产能由2005年6亿吨到2010年7.4亿吨;同时,由于资源整合煤矿地质技术人才短缺、安全管理低下、地质信息不清,煤矿生产事故时有发生,其中地质信息的有效性是其中重要的原因之一。采用管理学的理念加大对地质信息的动态控制是避免事故发生的有效措施。首先认真分析了有效地质信息的含义,提出了地质信息的控制原理,并从组织、动态角度指出了信息发布的重要性;然后通过分析指出了已采矿井瓦斯、水文等地质信息控制的重点。
With seven years of coal mine resource integration from 2004 to 2011 in Shanxi Province,the coal industry has emerged several new characteristics: the number of coal mines largely decreased which there were 3000 but has about 1000 nowadays;mechanical level has lifted with 75% coal mining;the annual production reaches to 0.9 million tons per year in each construction upgraded mine while 0.3 million tons per year in every alone kept mines;the safety is guarded mostly in the areas due to death number decreasing from 400 to 100.In the same time during the integration of coal resources in Shanxi Province,there appears dangerous accidents for various reasons behind the mine accidents such as the the validity of geological information,lack of technical talents,low management and so on.According to the management philosophy,one of the effective measures is that the dynamic control of the geological information should be adopted to avoid the accidents.Firstly the geological meanings must be carefully analyzed,in the same time the control principle were showed,the importance of information was discussed in the point of dynamical organization;then the focus of control were provided.
