济南市防灾避险绿地存在问题与建设策略

摘要
从城市防灾避险绿地与人居环境的关系出发分析我国现阶段防灾减灾绿地规划管理的现状和不足,从保证安全、平灾结合、提高综合防灾效率出发,以山东省济南市为例针对城市绿地防灾系统中的设施的研究进展情况进行讨论。探讨城市建设和城市防灾避险绿地的关系,从而达到加强我国城市绿地防灾系统,优化人居环境建设,完善人们防灾意识的目的。
Act promulgated by the State Council,the local government has also introduced a series of laws and regulations,the living environment of green space with people from the urban disaster prevention hedge relationship starting the analysis of the green space planning and management of disaster prevention and mitigation at this stage of the current situation and lack of security,level the disaster combined,improve the efficiency of comprehensive Disaster Prevention,Jinan City,Shandong Province as an example to discuss facilities for disaster prevention system of urban green space research progress.Explore the relationship of the urban construction and disaster prevention hedge greenbelt,so as to achieve the strengthening of urban green space disaster prevention system,optimize the construction of living environment,improve people's awareness of disaster prevention purposes.
