基于有限元软件ABAQUS的子结构拟动力试验技术

摘要
通过运用OpenFresco试验协调系统,实现通用有限元软件ABAQUS与MTS电液伺服加载系统的实时数据交互传递,并开展了单层单跨钢结构框架在地震作用下的子结构拟动力试验研究。试验分别对该钢结构框架在小震以及大震作用下的受力状态进行了模拟,并且对比了试验与有限元软件模拟的结构顶部的位移与底部的反力,结果表明该试验结果与模拟结果基本一致,能够满足精度要求。基于有限元软件的子结构拟动力试验将拟静力试验方法与有限元软件结合起来,不仅能够实现结构构件层次上的子结构拟动力试验研究而且可以使计算子结构部分进入塑性,极大地扩展了拟动力试验的功能。
Pseudo-dynamic test method with sub-structure technique has been developed to combine finite element software ABAQUS and electro hydraulic servo system MTS.Test data of MTS Flextest GT and analysis data of ABAQUS are exchanged successfully by the collaborative system OpenFresco.Then,the seismic response of one by one story steel frame structure is experimentally studied.By comparing the test results of structure' s displacement and reaction force with ABAQUS simulation results,they accorded accurately.It is proved that the collaborative system OpenFresco can research sub-component of structures using pseudo-dynamic test method with sub-structure technique experimentally and can analyze numerical substructure in nonlinear. The function of pseudo-dynamic test method is widely expanded.
