某超高层建筑局部结构模型低周反复加载试验研究

摘要
核心筒剪力墙在高层混合结构的抗侧力体系中发挥着重要作用,数十年来大量的研究工作集中于新型剪力墙墙体的开发和研究,如组合钢板剪力墙、带钢桁架混凝土剪力墙以及带混凝土暗撑剪力墙等,而真正将其综合应用于实际工程项目中的尚未多见,北京财富中心二期写字楼便是该三者的有机结合。基于其高度超限及关键新技术的综合应用,对该结构进行了模拟地震振动台试验研究。为了充分利用该振动台试验结构模型,在对该振动台试验结构模型含有第一个加强层及其以下的部分进行加工再造之后,又进行低周反复静力加载试验研究,以分析该结构模型的破坏模式、变形性能及局部区域的受力特性。
The core tube shear wall plays an important role in the lateral force systems of super high-rise building structures.Many researches are focusing on the development and application of novel types of shear walls,such as combined steel plate shear wall,concrete shear wall with steel truss and concrete shear wall with concealed braces.However,there are no enough project examples such as Beijing Financial Center office building in which the three concepts mentioned above are excellently combined.Shaking table testing research was conducted due to the superelevation and application of the three key technologies.To make best use of such shaking table test model,low-cycle reversed loading test was conducted on the partial model below the first outrigger floor to study its failure patterns,deformability and responses of local regions(such as the outriggers,the external circular steel columns and the bottom of core tube walls).
