爆炸震动下钢板屏蔽室动力特性及屏蔽效能实验

摘要
为研究钢板屏蔽室在爆炸震动条件下的综合性能,通过野外埋设TNT炸药爆炸震动实验,研究了爆炸震动下焊接式和拼装式钢板屏蔽室的动力特性和屏蔽效能。实验结果表明,焊接式钢板屏蔽室结构强度高、刚度大、变形小,屏蔽效能下降较少;拼装式屏蔽室结构强度较低、刚度较小、变形较大,在爆炸震动加速度达到70~80m/s2时,出现局部钢板塑性变形、部分锡焊点脱焊等局部损伤现象,使屏蔽效能显著下降。因此,防护工程中使用的屏蔽设施应当加强结构的抗震性能或对屏蔽设施采用减震措施。
Steel-plate shield chamber used in underground protective engineering is a critical facility of protection from electromagnetic attack.Through field blast ground shock tests,two steel-plate shield chambers built in assemblage or welding were investigated for their dynamic response and shielding effectiveness under blast ground shock.The test results show that the welded shield chamber with larger structural strength and rigidity has smaller deformation and good shielding effectiveness and that the assembled shield chamber with lower structural strength and rigidity has larger deformation and relatively poor shielding effectiveness due to local plastic deformation of some thin steel plates and separation of some tin weld spots when shock acceleration increases up to 70~80 m/s2.The upgrading of the structural strength and rigidity or isolating of the shield chamber from the blast ground shock are necessary when the shield facilities are used in protective engineering.
