劲性橡胶隔震支座的力学性能试验研究

摘要
对不同钢筋直径的劲性橡胶隔震支座与普通橡胶隔震支座进行对比试验研究,分析了支座的竖向刚度、水平等效刚度、最大水平恢复力等特征参数与水平剪切变形、竖向压应力的关系.结果表明,劲性橡胶隔震支座相对于普通橡胶隔震支座其水平等效刚度和耗能能力有较大的提高,加劲构件提高了橡胶隔震支座的抗倾覆性能和安全可靠性,改变钢筋的直径可调节劲性橡胶隔震支座的隔震效果.
This paper makes comparison experimental study on the vertical stiffness,level stiffness and vertical-level correlation of the reinforced rubber isolation bearings with different steel bar diameters and the ordinary rubber isolation bearings.The test results show that the level equivalent stiffness and energy dissipation capacity of the reinforced rubber isolation bearings get a bigger improve compared with the ordinary rubber isolation bearings,the stiffener components can be the alternative line of defence which improve the safety and resistive overturning performance of the rubber isolation bearings,and the reinforced rubber isolation bearings are the ideal isolation devices,we can adjust the isolation effects by changing the steel bars' diameter.
