摘要

文章通过分析国内外灾后重建的事例,以灾后重建中规划进程体系为研究重点,总结了影响重建规划进程的5个主要因素,以及重建规划进程的3个主要阶段和各阶段的规划重点,探讨了灾后重建规化进程的发展体系,并且结合我国汶川地震的实际情况,分析目前所面临的问题,提出解决对策。
Through the analysis of domestic and foreign instances of post-disaster reconstruction,this paper focuses on the advancement system for post-disaster reconstruction plan,and summarizes five primary factors influencing the advancement of reconstruction plan.Three main advancement stages of reconstruction plan and the key steps at each stage are put forward,and the advancement system for post-disaster reconstruction plan is researched.Based on the actual situation after Wenchuan earthquake in China,the problems at present are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are proposed.
