摘要

砖混结构房屋在我国大量存在,受到地震作用破坏后,如何对其进行快速鉴定,和应急加固、修复,是我们所面临的一大问题。本文从相关规范和实践出发,总结了震后救援抢险阶段的鉴定步骤、应急勘查分区原则、破坏情况评级原则等,可以供相似工程震后鉴定参考应用。
The brick and concrete structure buildings exist massively in our country.How to take emergency identification,emergency reinforcement,repair measures of engineering structures after earthquake is a major issue that we have to face.This paper summed up the identification steps of the post-earthquake salvage and rescue phase,the principles of regional partition to emergency exploration and the principles of assessment of damage rating,which can provide reference for post-earthquake identification of similar projects in future.
