不同高径比浮顶罐自振振型特点分析

摘要
立式圆柱形储罐在石油化工行业中应用广泛,其抗震性能受到国内外的重视,准确地掌握储罐的自振特性(频率和振型)是储罐抗震设计的前提。本文利用有限元法对,以2000 m3和10000 m3储罐为例,对不同高径比储罐在空罐及不同液位下的自振特性进行计算分析;结果表明:地震中一般激发出罐体n=1的梁式振动频率;储罐变壁厚时的振型和频率相比等壁厚情况有所不同,变壁厚更能反应储罐真实的自振特点;储罐装液后,自振频率降低,振型所在的频率范围也比较小。
Vertical cylindrical storage tanks were widely used in petrochemical industry,its seismic performance got domestic and international attention,accurately grasping the tank vibration characteristics(frequency and vibration type) was the premise of seismic design of storage tank.By using finite element method,taking 2000 m3 and 10000 m3 tank as an example,their self vibration characteristic in cans and different levels were analyzed.The results showed that: earthquake generally stimulates beam vibration frequency(n=1),the vibration modes and frequencies of the tank with different wall thickness were different from that with equal wall thickness,variable wall thickness can reflect the true self vibration characteristics of tank,natural frequency of vibration of the tank with liquid reduced,and vibration frequency range was relatively narrow.
