摘要

隔震建筑的安全性主要体现在其具有明显的减震效果和隔震装置具有足够的耐久性;隔震建筑的经济性分为短期经济效益和长期经济效益,隔震建筑与传统抗震建筑相比短期经济效益和长期经济效益都十分明显。通过对隔震建筑安全性和经济性进行分析,加深业主对隔震建筑的了解,对隔震技术的推广应用起到重要的作用。
There are two main advantages in isolation building. One is the obvious damping effect. The other is its better durability of isolated devices. The economic benefit of isolation building can be classified into shortterm and long-term economic benefit. Both kinds of benefit are remarkable compared with traditional buildings. This paper firstly analyzes the economy and security of isolated buildings,which enhances construction units' understanding of isolation building and finally promotes the application of isolation building.
