摘要

简要介绍了结构抗震理论的发展历程,从概念基本思想、核心内容等方面入手,探讨了基于性能的结构抗震设计理论,着重分析了该理论在实际应用中存在的问题,指出其作为今后结构抗震设计的主要设计理论,代表着未来结构抗震设计的发展方向。
The paper introduces the development of the structural anti-seismic theory,explores the structural anti-seismic design theory based on the performance from the basic ideas of the concept and the core content,mainly analyzes the problems of the application of the theory in practice,and points out the main design theory which will be the following structural anti-seismic design,so it represents the development of the structural anti-seismic design in future.
