深厚粉砂层三轴搅拌桩不返浆问题分析及处理

摘要
通过现场补充勘察及室内试验对比,对苏州某基坑围护三轴搅拌桩施工过程中出现的不返浆问题进行了分析,并对后续的施工方案进行了优化调整。试验表明,深基坑降水和施工扰动易引起周边砂土的地下水环境变化,深厚粉砂层性质发生相应变化,进而引起不返浆问题,外加剂膨润土对砂土中的返浆作用很明显,能有效提高返浆性能。
This paper presents a case history of the mitigation of no return slurry incident in the three-axis soil mixing for a deep excavation support project in Suzhou.Throughout the exploratory soil borings and laboratory testing,it is suggested that the groundwater conditions changed during the dewatering and piling operations in the silty and sandy soils.The disturbed silty and sand soils are the main cause that resulting the no slurry returning.Adding the bentonite into the soil strata would significantly improve the returning of the slurry in the soil mixing.
