大跨越输电钢管塔结构多尺度有限元分析

摘要
多尺度计算可在计算精度和计算代价中寻求较好的平衡点,在许多学科领域和工程问题中都得到了应用。该文引入有限元多尺度计算理论,在有限元分析软件中引入约束方程实现了局部模型和宏观模型的连接,并在研究输电铁塔力学性能中得到了应用。同时将输电铁塔多尺度模型分析结果分别与TTA模型、刚架模型、桁架模型和试验结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明,采取该文提出的多尺度建模方法,能够有效分析输电铁塔的整体力学行为和局部节点受力特性,可以在土木工程结构中推广使用。
Multi-scale calculation can obtain an appropriate balance between computational precision and computational cost,and it has been widely applied in many subjects and engineering purposes.To accomplish a reliable interface between a global model and a local model,a multi-point constraint equation method is realized in finite element software based on the multi-scale calculation theory,and applied in the study of the mechanical properties for a steel tower.The multi-scale finite steel tower simulation result is verified by a TTA model,a rigid-framed model,a truss-framed model and an experiment.The results show that the multi-scale finite calculation can efficiently simulate the whole steel tower mechanical behavior and the complex bonding stress distribution between different connection parts.The proposed methodology is applicable in civil engineering.
