高位转换细腰超限高层结构抗震分析

摘要
由于使用功能的需求,致使现代城市高层建筑不断突破规范的适用范围。本文以一细腰、高位转换的高层建筑为例,针对其超限情况采取了相应的结构布置方案及构造措施。通过SATWE和ETABS两种计算软件的建模和分析对其抗震性能进行评价,计算结果说明本文采取的构造措施可使得该工程可满足抗震设防的要求,分析结果的对比也说明,SATWE针对这类超限结构的计算结果有较高精度,因此可用于该类工程的抗震设计。
According to the functional requirement of modern building structure,more and more urban high- rise buildings are no longer covered by the existing codes. In this paper,a super tall building with high- level transfer storey and slim middle storey is taken as example,and appropriate structural layout and construction measurements are adopted according to its condition. SATWE and ETABS are using to evaluate its aseismic ability. Simulation results also demonstrate that the construction measurements taken in this project can make the building meets the seismic requirements. The comparison results also show that SATWE has good accuracy and thus can be used in the aseismic design of such structure.
