X70管线钢焊接接头断裂韧性分析

摘要
裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)试验常被用来进行材料的韧性评价。详细介绍了CTOD试验的过程、操作步骤及计算拟合方法。并采用裂纹尖端张开位移试验对X70管线钢焊接接头处焊缝、热影响区(HAZ)和母材进行了断裂韧性的测试研究。结果表明,在同一温度下,CTOD特征值δ0.05,δ0.2和δ0.2BL均呈现母材最大、热影响区次之、焊缝最小,即母材断裂韧性最优、热影响区次之、焊缝最差。
The crack tip opening displacement(CTOD) test is usually used to evaluate material toughness. In this article, it detailedly introduced CTOD test procedure, operation steps and fitting method of calculation. In addition, it adopted CTOD test to conduct fracture toughness study for the weld in welded joints, HAZ and base metal of X70 Pipeline steel. The result showed that under the same temperature, the CTOD characteristic values δ0.05,δ0.2 and δ0.2BL of base metal is the highest, the HAZ is the second,and the weld is the lowest, that is to say the fracture toughness of base metal is the best, the fracture toughness of HAZ is better than that of weld, and the weld is the worst.
