摘要

对商业广场裙楼及其主楼建筑来说,其基础各部分(高层主楼区域、裙房区域、纯地下室区域)荷载差异较大,控制差异沉降显得尤为重要。文章结合实践,针对该类型结构设计提出沉降考虑,同时结合工程实例,从地下结构的安全性、稳定性以及差异沉降控制等需作重点论述,为同行提供参考。
On the podium and commercial plaza building,the foundation of each part(high main building area,podium area,pure basement area) load differences,differential settlement control is very important.In this paper,combined with the practice,for this type of structure design is proposed considering settlement,combined with engineering examples,from the security,the stability of underground structure and differential settlement control should be focused on,to provide reference for counterparts.
