基于小波包能量谱弧齿锥齿轮的故障诊断研究

摘要
为了能够提高弧齿锥齿轮故障诊断的效率,使弧齿锥齿轮能够安全可靠地工作,深入地分析了小波包能量谱在弧齿锥齿轮中的应用。分析了弧齿锥齿轮故障的机理;研究了弧齿锥齿轮故障诊断的小波能量谱的机理;利用小波包能量谱对弧齿锥齿轮进行了故障诊断,结果表明该方法具有较好诊断精度。
In order to improve the efficient of fault diagnosis of spiral bevel gear,and make the spiral bevel gear work steadily,and the application of the wavelet package energy spectra was studied in depth.Firstly,the basic theory of the fault of the spiral bevel gear was analyzed,and then the basic theory of the fault diagnosis of the spiral bevel gear based on the wavelet package energy spectra was studied,and finally the fault diagnosis of the spiral bevel gear was carried out,and results showed that this method had better diagnosis precious.
